1. DIGITAL GOODS NATURE

All products available in our store are digital in-game assets, such as virtual currency, vehicles, skins, scripts, and other virtual items designed for use within the FiveM platform. These digital goods are immediately accessible and usable upon purchase or with small development tweaks to be made available.

2. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of these assets, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any products purchased from our store. This policy applies to all purchases, regardless of the reason for requesting a refund.

3. ELIGIBILITY OF EXCHANGE

Customers are eligible to request an exchange for digital assets within 24 hours from the delivery of the purchased items. Subject to approval by a server director or owner.

4. REVISIONS TO DELIVERED ASSETS

Revisions to the final product can be requested within 72 hours after delivery of the completed product, and no revision requests will be accepted after this time frame.

5. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

Before making a purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product you intend to purchase is compatible with your gaming setup, system requirements, and intended use. We encourage you to thoroughly review product descriptions, screenshots, and any relevant information provided.

6. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you encounter technical issues with the purchased digital goods, we are committed to assisting you in resolving the problem to the best of our abilities. 7. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

In cases where we identify fraudulent activity or unauthorized purchases, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include disabling or revoking access to purchased digital goods without a refund.

8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider after making a purchase will be considered a violation of this no refund policy. Such actions will result in a blacklist from all of our servers.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO DIGITAL GOODS

Modifying, distributing, or reselling purchased digital goods without proper authorization is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in immediate termination of access to our services.

10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify or update this no refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes by regularly reviewing this policy on our website.

11. SUSPENSIONS

 In the event of a player's suspension from the server, any asset transfers are prohibited, and there is potential for all assets to be reinstated for availability within the store, without any entitlement to compensation.

12. POLICY AMENDMENT STATEMENT

This policy statement pertains to our prerogative to modify package details and in-game assets as necessary to accommodate server requirements or economic dynamics. We retain the right to implement such updates at our discretion and without prior notice.
